How Loyever works

Loyever has two sides: yours, where you set up the card and run it, and your customer’s, where the card simply sits in their Wallet and fills up. Here is each side, step by step.

From the counter to the lock screen

What your customer sees, from the first scan to the first stamp.

  1. The QR code at your counter

Customers scan it with the phone’s normal camera.

  2. A short join page

First name and birthday; email is optional.

  3. The card in their Wallet

One tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  4. Your staff scan it

Every stamp is logged with who added it, like “Scan · Jess”.

  5. The phone updates itself

The balance changes, and a notification says how many stamps are left.

For you, the owner

  1. Set up your card

Enter your business name, upload your logo and pick your colours. Then choose how customers earn (stamps, visits or points) and what the reward is. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Add your locations and opening hours

Your address lets the card appear on customers’ lock screens near your shop, and your opening hours set the window in which messages may go out.

  3. Add your own card first

Before any customer joins, you add the card to your own phone. That phone becomes your test phone, so you see every message before your customers do.

  4. Print the QR code

Put the QR code on the counter, by the till or in the window. Customers join from it, and there is a join link you can share as well.

For your customer

  1. Scan and join

They point their normal camera at the QR code. A short page asks for a first name, a birthday (day and month) and, if they want, an email. The box for offers starts unticked.

  2. Add the card to Wallet

One tap on Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. No app to download, no account, no password.

  3. Earn at every visit

At the till, staff scan the card or find the customer by name, then add the stamp, visit or points. The card on the phone updates straight away.

  4. Get the reward

When the balance reaches a reward, the card shows it and a notification arrives. Staff tap Claim reward and confirm. If they tapped by mistake, Undo stays on screen for 2 minutes.

Stamps, visits and points in plain words

Each card uses one of three simple rules. Pick the one that matches how your customers buy.

Stamps
One stamp for each purchase: buy nine coffees, get the tenth free. Best when purchases are about the same size.
Visits
One visit for each visit, whatever the bill. Best for haircuts, beauty treatments and classes.
Points
Points for what someone spends, at a rate you choose, for example 1 point per 1 ₼. Best when baskets vary.
Rewards
Up to three rewards on one card. If you choose to, anything left over after a reward carries to the next one.

Loyalty for everyone.
