Stamp, visit and points cards

A café counts coffees, a barber counts haircuts, and a bakery may prefer to count what people spend. Loyever gives you three kinds of loyalty card, and you pick the one that matches how your customers actually buy. Depending on your plan, you can run more than one card if different parts of your business need different rules.

Stamps: one for each purchase

A stamp card works like the paper card everyone knows: buy nine coffees, get the tenth free. Staff add one stamp per purchase, and if someone buys three coffees for the office, the keypad lets them add all three at once.

Stamps suit businesses where each purchase is roughly the same size: coffee, pastries, a car wash, a lunch deal. They are also the easiest card to explain at the counter.

Visits: one for each visit

A visit card counts how often someone comes in, not what they buy. One visit earns one visit on the card, whatever the bill. It fits barbers, salons, gyms and anywhere the service itself is the reason to come back.

There is nothing to work out at the till: staff scan the card and confirm the visit. That helps when there is a queue at the door.

Points: based on what they spend

A points card turns spending into points at a rate you set, for example 1 point for every 1 ₼. Staff type in the amount and Loyever works out the points, rounded down to whole points. Before they confirm, the progress bar shows the new balance, so nobody is surprised.

Points work well when baskets vary a lot, such as a bakery where one customer buys a loaf and the next buys a birthday cake.

Up to three rewards on one card

One card can hold up to three rewards at different levels: for example a free coffee at 50 points, a cake at 100 and a gift box at 150. Give each reward a name people want, like “Free coffee”, because that name appears on the card itself.

When a reward is claimed, you can choose to carry anything over the threshold to the next reward instead of resetting the balance to zero.

Your look, and room to change your mind

Each card carries your logo and colours, and you can archive a card you no longer run. If you decide later that points would work better than stamps, you can switch the card’s earn type, and existing balances are migrated to the new type.

Not sure where to start? A stamp card with one simple reward is the easiest to explain at the counter, and you can add a second or third reward once you see how your customers use it.

Loyalty for everyone.
