A loyalty card should tell you something about your business, not just hand out free coffee. Loyever’s home and statistics pages tell you what is happening. Here is what they show, and why it helps when you run a small business on your own.
Your business at a glance
The home screen shows three numbers that matter: active members, member visits and rewards claimed. Each comes with a small trend line and the change against the previous period, so you can tell at once whether this month is going better than the last.
Below them are shortcuts you can act on, such as how many members are close to a reward or have a birthday this week, and a notice if the fraud guard has spotted unusual activity at the till.
The Push Agent uses the same groups, so you can send a birthday greeting to this week’s birthdays, or a gentle nudge to the members who are nearly there.
Performance over time
The statistics page goes deeper: members over time, visits, returning members (people who visited again within 30 days), rewards claimed and your busiest hours. Choose a date range, set how finely the data is grouped, and compare it with the previous period.
Busiest hours help with everyday decisions, such as when to put an extra person behind the counter, or when a double points afternoon might fill a quiet slot.
Which messages worked
Every message and reminder shows how many members came back within 7 days of receiving it. Over a few weeks you learn which reminders earn their place and which words your customers respond to.
If, say, the “We miss you” reminder brings more people back when it goes out sooner than the default 21 days, you can change when it is sent.
From numbers to people
Behind every number are real customers. The members list lets you filter and search, open any member to see their balance and full activity history, and export the list as a CSV file when you need it elsewhere. If a member asks to be removed, you can delete them there too.
Numbers you can trust
Figures are totalled every night in your own time zone, and today’s numbers are counted live from the activity log, so what you see matches what happened at the till. Every stamp, point and claim behind them is recorded with the staff member, device and time.
