Payment, cancellation and refund policy
This policy is part of our terms of service. It says how payments work, how to stop paying, and when and how we give money back.
Who takes the payment
The seller of the Loyever service, and the party you pay, is:
Seller: Elvin Latifzada, sole proprietor registered in Azerbaijan, taxpayer ID (VÖEN) 1605412122
Address: 13a Mehdi Abbasov Street, Baku, Azerbaijan
LATIFZADA LTD, the UK company named at the foot of this site, publishes the English-language site and runs the global waitlist. It does not sell the Loyever service in Azerbaijan and is not a party to payments under this policy.
The plans and their prices are published on the pricing page.
How you pay
You pay by bank card — Visa or Mastercard — on the secure payment page of Kapital Bank ASC. Your bank confirms the payment with 3-D Secure.
Card details are entered on the bank’s own page and never reach Loyever. We do not see your card number and we do not store it, so we cannot charge you on our own: every payment is one you start yourself, in the dashboard under Plan and billing. Nothing renews automatically.
Payments are in Azerbaijani manats (AZN). The seller is not registered for ƏDV (VAT), so no ƏDV is added.
While Loyever is being tested with the bank’s test terminal, a payment marked as a test moves no money at all.
When your period starts
As soon as the bank confirms the payment, the period is added to your account: straight away if nothing is running, or at the end of the current period if you pay early, so no days are lost.
We then issue a receipt with a number in the form LV-2026-000123. It appears under Plan and billing and we email it to you. It is a confirmation that you paid, not an ƏDV (VAT) invoice: the seller does not issue those.
Our confirmation — the receipt we send to your email — is our acceptance of your order; the contract for that period is made when it reaches you.
If a payment does not go through, or if you close the bank’s page, nothing is taken. Plan and billing shows the result; a payment confirmed a few minutes later still lands on your account by itself.
Cancelling
There is no subscription to cancel: you simply do not pay for another period. Nothing is taken from you again, and you keep the service to the last day of the period you paid for.
After that day there are seven grace days in which everything still works, unless Plan and billing shows another date. Then the account is restricted — messages and reminders pause, new cards and locations cannot be added, and the API refuses writes — while your existing cards, your members’ passes and the till keep working. Nothing is deleted, and paying lifts the restriction at once.
If you want the account closed altogether, write to us from the account’s email address at hello@loyever.com.
When we give money back
- A first paid period: if the service did not work for your business, tell us within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full.
- A payment made twice, or an amount taken by mistake: we always return it, whenever it is noticed.
- A payment for a period you could not use because of a fault on our side that we could not fix: we refund it in full or in part, as is fair.
Otherwise a paid period is not refunded part-way through — neither when you stop using Loyever nor when you switch plan. You keep the service to the end of that period.
We do not refund a period because of a fault in a service we do not run, such as Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or your own internet connection, but write to us anyway: we look at every case.
If you are a consumer
Loyever is sold to businesses. Where a buyer is nevertheless a consumer under Azerbaijani law, the law’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within seven working days applies, except where performance has begun with the buyer’s agreement. We honour that right: within seven working days a consumer can withdraw without giving a reason, where the exception above does not apply. The 14-day rule above runs longer, but it asks that the service did not work for you — so use whichever fits your case.
How to ask
Write to hello@loyever.com from the email address the account uses, and include the receipt number (LV-…) and, in one line, what went wrong.
We aim to answer within three working days: either that the refund is on its way, or why we think it is not due. If we refuse, you can ask us to look again with anything you want to add.
How the money comes back
A refund is made through Kapital Bank to the same card the payment came from. We cannot send it anywhere else, and we never ask for your card number to make it.
The money normally appears within 3 to 10 banking days. The timing belongs to the banks, not to us; your own bank may take a little longer to show it.
We confirm by email when we have made the refund. If it has not appeared 10 banking days later, write to us and we will follow it up with the bank.
Language
This policy exists in Azerbaijani and in English. For customers in Azerbaijan the Azerbaijani text prevails; the English text is a translation, provided for convenience.
You can read the Azerbaijani version of this policy here.
